【Abstract】 The geographical position of Taishan was the reason why it was honored "Sacred Mountain"by the ancient philosophical theory of five elements. Consequently,as a natural phenomenon,Taishan earthquake became a barometer of the world’s safety on the basis of the popular belief——Interaction between Heaven and Mankind.
