【摘要】 大湾区建设在技能人才方面的需求最少有三个新的变化。一是新的产业形态、新的产业布局对高素质、高技能人才的需求;二是新的大都市群对新型社会管理人才的需求;三是港澳与内地的融合发展对职业院校相互交流、合作发展提出了新要求。为此本文提出了,规划建设几所世界一流职业院校、打造与大湾区发展相适应的一流专业(群)、创新培养模式,培养创新型技术技能人才、加强区域内高职院校的交流合作、推进高职教育国际化,服务大湾区企业走出去等建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 There are at least three new changes in the demand for personnel skills in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao greater Bay Area.First, new industrial forms and new industrial layout require high-quality and highly skilled talents. Second, the new metropolitan group needs new social management talents. Third, the integration of Hong Kong, Macao and the mainland has put forward new requirements for the exchange and cooperation between vocational colleges and universities.This paper proposes the planning and construction of several world first-class vocational colleges and adapted to the bay area development to create a first-class professional group, training mode innovation, cultivating innovative technical skills talents,strengthen exchanges and cooperation of higher vocational colleges in the area of and promote the internationalization of higher vocational education, to service the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao greater Bay Area enterprise to go global.更多还原
