【Abstract】 Enhancing the transformation efficiency of scientific and technological achievements is an important strategy to promote industrial structure upgrading and rapid economic development in Xi’an. Xi’an has strengthened the financial supporting in the transformation of scientific and technological innovation achievements through commercial finance, financial work and venture capital.
