大庆庆深气田深井快速钻井技术
Efficient Drilling Technology in Qingshen Gas Reservoir of Daqing Oilfield
【摘要】 为加快庆深气田深层天然气勘探开发步伐,进行了钻头选型、复合钻进、井身质量控制、井下复杂情况预防和气体钻井等深井快速技术研究与现场试验,深井机械钻速提高了23.1%,钻井周期缩短了58 d。详细介绍了庆深气田深井快速钻井技术和现场试验情况,并分析了试验效果,对庆深气田深井钻井提出了开展钻头选型试验、完善钻头序列,研制适应硬地层的牙轮钻头,研究营城组地层防塌技术和抗220℃高温水基钻井液体系及水泥浆体系的建议。
【Abstract】 For the purpose of speeding up the exploitation of deep natural gas in the Qingshen reservoir,rate of penetration was increased by 23.1% and the drilling cycle was reduced 58d through drill bit optimization,compound drilling,wellbore quality control,prevention the occurring of downhole complicated conditions,and gas drilling.This paper introduces in detail the techniques and field application,and the experimental results were analyzed.The suggestions recommended are drill bit optimization,improvement of bit types, developing the corresponding cone bits for hard formations,techniques to prevent the collapse in Yingcheng section,and water-based mud and cement slurry fit for 220 ℃.
