高能气体压裂过程中CO气体浓度扩散规律

【摘要】 针对低渗透油气田在高能气体压裂增产措施中CO气体中毒事件,运用现场数据和数学模拟方法通过对CO气体流动、扩散等的综合研究,建立了CO井筒流动及大气扩散模型。同时,也考察了井筒压力、气油比、大气稳定度等主要因素对CO气体扩散的影响。通过现场实例计算,证实模型具有较高的准确性,对合理、有效地开发油气田及煤层气的开发具有重要的实际意义。

【Abstract】 At present, high-energy gas fracturing is widely applied in the low permeable oil-gas field, which is available to remove pollution and clogging caused by drilling and perforating. As a result, the objectives of increasing the output of oil and gas wells and the injection rate of injection wells are realized. But recently, CO poisoning events have occurred frequently, causing huge damage to some low permeable oil-gas field and the staffs. To solve this problem, a CO gas well-bore flow and atmospheric diffusion model is established based on the comprehensive research on CO gas flow and diffusion through utilizing field data, physical and mathematical simulation methods. In addition, the main factors of well-bore pressure, gas-oil ratio, wind speed, leakage speed, atmospheric stabilization, etc. that influence CO gas diffusion are investigated. Field application shows that the model has high accuracy. The research provides a technical basis to establish the supervising system and is very important for reasonably and effectively developing oil and gas fields as well as or coal bed methane.
