【Abstract】 The software system for 3-D seismic data acquisition pIan and design is mainly used in computer aided design of 3-D seismic exploration. Users can take advantage of it to analyze,choose, and design the optimum 3-D observation system interactively so as to improve the productivity and guarantee the quality. The software system includes three functions: acquisition parameter design, observation system design, and surface work design. The system takes PC as the hardware platform, adopts Chinese menu and prompting and has the advantages such as simple operation, complete function and powerful practicality.
