智能实验动物运动训练转笼装置的制作及应用

【摘要】 针对实验动物传统手工运动装置的不足而制作一种以圆柱形金属筛网笼做主体部分,微电机减速器做动力,控制器控制电动机转速和正反转,定时器做记录及固定运动时间的实验动物被动训练装置。通过智能电动转笼将转速控制在4~6 r/min,循序渐进,从而避免因传统手工转笼的耗时、耗力以及转动的不匀速和运动强度不均衡等缺点。将大鼠置于该智能电动转笼中进行转动,观察到大鼠能在智能电动转笼装置中匀速运动,当运动量达到目标后自动停止,完整记录实验动物在转笼中的被动运动情况及运动量。实验表明,智能实验动物运动转笼装置更能满足实验动物运动研究。

【Abstract】 To overcome the shortcomings of traditional manual motion device for laboratory animals,a passive training device for laboratory animals is made. It uses cylindrical metal screen cage as main part,micro motor reducer as power device; a controller controls motor speed and rotation direction,and transforms electrical energy into mechanical energy;timer is used to as record and fix movement time. The speed of the intelligent electric rotating cage can be controlled gradually in 4-6 rpm to overcome the shortcomings of the traditional manual rotating cage,such as time-consuming,energy-consuming,uneven rotating speed and uneven motion intensity. By putting rats in the intelligent electric rotating cage to rotate,the results show that rats can move at a uniform speed in the cage device. When the amount of movement reaches the goal,the rats can stop automatically. The passive motion and the amount of movement of the experimental animals in the rotating cage can be recorded completely. Through the manufacture and application of the device,it is proved that the intelligent experimental animal motion rotating cage device can better satisfy the experimental movement.Research requirements of physical movement.
