虚拟仿真技术在酶工程实验教学上的应用

【摘要】 酶工程是一门应用性和实践性较强的实验课程,然而其下游应用实验开设较少。虚拟仿真实验是一种以虚拟现实技术为基础的新型实验模式,通过利用虚拟现实技术在计算机上模拟真实的实验环境,学生可以随时在计算机终端进行实验操作,从而弥补实体实验时间和空间的局限,降低实验成本。发酵工程实验教学示范中心依托中心教师优质科研项目,构建了以"糖化酶催化啤酒发酵"为内容的酶制剂工业应用虚拟仿真实验。虚拟仿真实验的应用完善了酶工程实验教学模块,增强了课程与实践的结合程度,提高了酶工程实验的教学质量。

【Abstract】 Enzyme engineering is a kind of experiment course with strong practicability and applicability. However, there are less downstream experiments about industrial application of enzyme engineering. Virtual simulate experiment is a new mode based on virtual reality technique. Students can do experiments on computers in an experimental environment simulated by virtual reality technique, which can break the limits of space and time in entity experiments and has lower the cost. The Fermentation Engineering Experimental Teaching Demonstration Center in East China University of Science and Technology based on teachers’ research projects sets up an virtual simulate experiment of enzyme industrial application about glycosylase catalyzing beer fermentation. The application of virtual simulate experiment perfects the enzyme engineering experiment course module, enhances the combination of course and practice, and improves the teaching quality.
