超声波透射法检测钻孔灌注桩技术

【摘要】 钻孔灌注桩是高层建筑、桥梁等工程结构常用的基桩形式,其质量直接影响上部结构的安全,由于钻孔灌注桩的特定施工条件,在混凝土灌注过程中易产生夹泥、缩颈、空洞、断桩等缺陷。工程实践证明采用超声波透射法对大直径超长桩检测,其检测精度高,结果直观可靠,可以较详细查明桩身内部缺陷的性质、深度位置、范围大小及严重程度,为控制大直径超长桩桩身混凝土质量提供了一种有效的检测方法。介绍了超声波透射法检测钻孔灌注桩质量的基本原理、检测技术和分析方法等,基于对典型实测曲线的分析并结合作者的检测经验,详细描述了应用超声波透射法测桩时的各类桩的缺陷特征。

【Abstract】 Bored piles are commonly used for high-rise buildings,bridges and other engineering structures in the form of piles,and its quality directly affect the structural safety of the upper part.Dueing to the construction of bored piles of specific conditions,in the pouring of concrete during the clip is easy to produce mud,necking,voids,and defects such as broken piles.Engineering practice has proved that the ultrasonic transmission method is suitable for large diameter and super-long pile testing,with high testing precision,intuitive and reliable results.You can pile the internal deficiencies identified in greater detail of the nature,depth of location,extent and gravity of the size,for controlling the large-diameter ultra-long-pile body mass of concrete to provide an effective detection method.The paper introduces ultrasonic transmission method to detect the quality of drilled filling pile basic principle,detection techniques and analysis methods,based on a typical measured curve analysis and testing experience,combined with the author,describes in detail the application of ultrasonic wave transmission method when measuring the various piles class characteristics of pile defects.
