【摘要】 目的通过对四川省什邡市洛水镇地震后皮肤病发病情况的统计与分析,明确灾区皮肤病发病与流行病学情况,为皮肤病的预防和控制提供医疗信息与数据资料。方法①将接诊的1324例皮肤病患者按年龄划分为:学龄前儿童、青少年、成人;②将临床诊断的皮肤病种分别归纳,按发病人数从高到低顺序排列,统计发病人数;③统计高发病率皮肤疾病救治情况。结果发病居前5名的单病种依次是:虫咬皮炎731例、螨虫皮炎117例、夏季皮炎79例、杰、粟粒疹50例,日光性皮炎46例。结论四川省什邡市洛水镇在地震灾害后,没有造成传染性皮肤病流行;皮肤病发病有一定特点,主要与当时季节、气候、居住环境等因素相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Through the statistical analysis of the incidence of skin diseases after the earthquake in Luoshui Town,Shifang City in Sichuan Province,to obtain further information about incidence of skin diseases in quake-stricken areas,And provide medical information and data for preventing and controling the skin diseases.Methods ①admissions in 1324 by status in patients with skin diseases can be divided into three groups:preschooler(<7 years old);adolescence(7～18 years old),adult(>18 years old),Then statistically analyzed the variety and the incidence of the skin diseases which occurrenced in Luoshui Town after the earthquake.Results The top five of the single disease:insect bite dermatitis 731,mite dermatitis 117,dermatitis aestivale 79,prickly heat 50,solarius dermatitis 46.Conclusion There was no prevalence of infectious skin diseases in Luoshui town of Shifang City after the earthquake.The main causes of the skin diseases were season and climate factors,as well as living environmental factors such as living in outdoor tents and mats.更多还原
