【摘要】 目的观察地震对人们情绪及体内细胞因子肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)和超敏C反应蛋白(Hs-CRP)的影响。方法对汶川地震伤患者于入院时及出院时行汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)进行测定,并同时在治疗前后测定TNF-α、IL-6和Hs-CRP的变化。结果与健康对照组比较,地震伤患者存在焦虑抑郁情绪,其血清中TNF-α、IL-6和Hs-CRP水平在入院时均很高,出院时Hs-CRP降至正常水平,TNF-α、IL-6还处于比健康人群高的水平。结论地震这种突发灾难导致了人们广泛的焦虑抑郁情绪,而且这种长期的负面情绪可能影响TNF-α、IL-6水平,使其居高不下。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the impact of earthquake on people’s mood and serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and hs-CRP.Methods The patients with earthquake wound were evaluated with Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD) and Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale(HAMA) before and after treatment in hospital.Serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and hs-CRP were measured and analyzed.Results HAMD and HAMA scores were higher in earthquake wound people than those in control.The serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and hs-CRP were higher on admission.Hs-CRP decreased after treatment,but TNF-α and IL-6 did not change obviously.Conclusion Earthquake is a disaster to people which made people anxious and depressed.And anxiety and depressive emotion may have impact on the level of TNF-α、IL-6。更多还原
