海外油气勘探关键技术难题及解决思路

【摘要】 为了解决国家能源短缺问题,我国各石油公司都实施了"走出去"战略,并加大了投资力度。为了寻找海外优质勘探区块,近几年各石油公司先后开展了大量的新项目评价工作。在新项目评价和已获得区块勘探潜力评价过程中,往往遇到许多技术难题,包括含盐盆地勘探、复杂储层高精度预测、深水盆地地震成像等问题。这些难题已经对海外勘探,尤其是新项目快速评价带来了一定程度的影响。针对上述主要难题,提出了具体解决思路和研究建议,如开展系统性调研,优先研究针对性的处理技术和流程,优选成熟技术并加以合理集成与组合,以及注重人才培养和经验积累、开展原创性研究等建议。

【Abstract】 To ensure national energy security, oil companies in China have pushed forward the strategy of "Going Global". In recent years, they have been carrying out extensive evaluations of new overseas ventures in order to acquire promising overseas exploration blocks. During the process of evaluating new ventures and assessing exploration potentials of acquired blocks, they have all encountered technical problems to various degrees on such key issues including salt basin exploration, high-precision prediction of complex reservoirs, and deep-water basin exploration. Such issues have already brought some difficulties for overseas exploration, especially quick evaluation of new ventures. This paper suggests some aspects of solutions to these key issues, including systematic survey, well-targeted processing techniques and flow, optimal selection of mature techniques and their reasonable integration and assembly, and focus on personnel training and experience accumulation, and launching of original research, etc.
