江门中微子探测器承载性能的影响因素分析

【摘要】 目的为考察江门中微子探测器有机玻璃球+双层不锈钢网壳方案的安全性和可靠性.方法运用大型通用有限元软件ABAQUS建立三维有限元模型,分别对内外液面高度差、温度效应、地震作用效应、结构单点和多点失效产生的影响进行分析.结果适当地增加有机玻璃球内外液面高度差能降低有机玻璃球和不锈钢网壳的应力,同时还能降低不锈钢撑杆的轴力;升温10℃,有机玻璃球最大应力降低6.8%,降温10℃,最大应力增加18.8%;地震作用下,球体最大应力仅增大1.6%;最大应力点对应的节点失效时,球体应力增幅为7.4%.结论在探测器工作过程中,可适当增加内外液面高度差,并且避免降低温度.各种因素对该结构的影响并不是很大,计算结果均在可承受的范围之内,结构安全可靠.

【Abstract】 In order to study safety and reliability of the scheme for an acrylic vessel supported by a double-layer stainless steel latticed shell in the central detector of Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory( JUNO),a three-dimensional finite element model has been developed with the software ABAQUS. The liquid level difference,temperature effect,seismic action,failures of singlepoint and multipoint in the structure have been analyzed. It is found that raising the liquid leveldifference can reduce stresses of the acrylic ball and stainless steel latticed shell. The axial force of braces can also be decreased. If the temperature is increased by 10 ℃,the stress of the acrylic decreases by 6. 8%,however the stress increases by 18. 8%,if the temperature is decreased by10 ℃. It is also observed that under the seismic action,the stress of the acrylic only increases by1. 6%. The amplification of the stress on the acrylic is 7. 4%,when the joint with the largest stress is in failure. Conclusion is that the calculated results are available and the proposed scheme is safe and reliable. In operating of the detector,the liquid level difference of inside and outside should be increased properly. Reduction of temperature should be avoided.
