核电站工业水池的地震反应分析

【摘要】 目的探索核电站工业水池作为抗震物项进行动力计算时的内力分布规律及其危险工况,为工业水池合理截面设计及配筋方案提供技术支持.方法基于大型有限元商业软件开发了工业水池构筑物进行地震反应分析的编码程序,该程序考虑了土-结构动力相互作用,并以黏弹性边界模拟无限地基的影响.结果依据材料力学平截面假定实现了ANSYS三维实体单元应力到内力转化,得到了各种荷载工况作用下工业水池后墙弯矩最大值为101.8 kN.m,相对于反应位移法的计算结果小17%,并通过统计最大内力包络确定了工业水池的危险工况为空水状态与SL2地震波共同作用.结论笔者确定出危险工况下最不利内力的方法比较准确且简单明了,易于工程设计应用.

【Abstract】 As a seismic item,internal force distribution and risk case of industry pool in the nuclear power plant is explored while calculating the earthquake responses.The results can provide technical support for the design plan of sectional dimensions and reinforcement.The finite element program of seismic response analysis for industrial pool structures is developed based on commercial software.And soil-structure interaction is simulated by means of adding a viscoelastic boundary in the sides of the model.Based on the plane section assumes of materials mechanics,the transformation between the stress and internal force of three-dimensional solid elements is accomplished.Internal forces distribution and envelope of industrial pools are obtained from the simulation results,the value of the maximum bending moment is 101.8 that is 17% smaller than the calculation results of response displacement method,and then it is determined that the most dangerous case is the combined effects of SL2 seismic waves and empty pool.Based on the calculation results,it can be concluded that the method of determining the worst internal force in the most dangerous case is more accurate and simple,and it is appropriate to grasp.
