H型钢梁与方钢管柱连接框架抗侧移刚度有限元分析

【摘要】 目的分析钢框架高跨比、框架梁的高度、框架梁截面宽度、框架柱截面宽厚比等对框架抗侧移刚度的影响.方法采用正交试验设计方法设计16个正交试验模型,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对16个正交试验模型进行有限元分析,对钢框架中的方钢管柱用相同用钢量的H型钢柱代替模拟.结果框架的抗侧移刚度主要取决因素依次是框架柱截面宽厚比、框架梁截面高度、框架梁跨度、框架梁截面宽度.结论设计钢框架时抗侧移刚度主要考虑因素是框架柱截面形式、截面宽厚比,其次是框架梁截面高度、框架梁跨度,而框架梁截面宽度影响很小可以不予考虑.

【Abstract】 Using an orthogonal experimental design method,influencing factors of lateral stiffness of frameworks,such as height-to-span ratio of steel frames,height of frame beams,width of frame beams,and cross-section width-to-thickness ratio of frame columns,were considered for an orthogonal design,and 16 orthogonal test models were presented as well.These orthogonal models were analyzed by using a finite element software ANSYS to simulate these influencing factors of lateral stiffness.The results show that the order of these factors by influencing effects on anti-sway stiffness of frames is the cross-section width-thickness ratio of frame column,the cross-section height of frame beam,the span of frame beam,and the width of frame beams.Therefore,the cross-section width-thickness ratio should be considered as the first influencing factor for the stiffness design of anti-sway steel frames,and the cross-section height and span are considered as the second and the third factors,respectively,while the width of frame beams can be neglected due to its little effect on stiffness of frame beams.
