UPVC与球墨铸铁管线柔性接口有限元分析

【摘要】 目的验证利用实体单元模型对UPVC与球墨铸铁管线接口进行抗震性能分析的正确性.方法对采用橡胶圈连接(柔性接口)的球墨铸铁与UPVC管线,在有水与无水的情况下,进行模拟拉拔试验,通过模拟计算结果和试验结果对比分析,比较UPVC与球墨铸铁管线接口的抗震性能.结果管径相同时,球墨铸铁管线比UPVC管线的抗震性能好;管内有水情况下,构件接头处的管线与橡胶圈之间的摩擦力增大,因而接口反力变大,有利于提高管线接口的抗震性能.结论有限元模拟结果与试验结果基本一致,说明利用实体模型的数值模拟方法进行管线接口的抗震性能分析是正确的.

【Abstract】 The simulated seismic strength of the flexible joint was applied to the UPVC and ductile cast iron pipeline by the solid element model for the purpose of proving the accuracy of the numerical simulation.Through the analysis of the results of the simulation,the seismic performance between them are compared and analyzed.Numerical simulation of the ductile cast iron and the UPVC pipeline with the rubber band flexible joint are carried out under the condition of having water injection and without water injection.The accuracy of the numerical simulations and the seismic performance of the interface can be ascertained through the research on experimental results and the data of the numerical simulations.The following conclusions can be gotten:It is correct to apply data simulation of the solid element model to the analysis of the seismic performance of the flexible joint.On the condition of the same diameter,the seismic performance of the flexible joint ductile cast iron pipeline is better than that of the UPVC pipeline.The seismic performance of water injection pipeline is better than that of having no water injection pipeline.
