地下UPVC供水管线柔性接口抗震试验

【摘要】 目的通过UPVC地下供水管线柔性接口力学性能试验,分析覆土的UPVC地下供水管线的抗震性能.方法在覆土的条件下,对接口采用胶圈连接的6根管径为315 mm和6根管径为200 mmUPVC供水管进行抗拉静载试验.根据力和位移的试验数据,画出相应的平均值曲线,进而分析此接口的力学性能,为地下供水管线的抗震设计提供参考依据.结果分析两种管径力与位移曲线.得出:虽然管径不同,但基本走势近似相同,即都是在初始阶段,随着位移的增大力也增加,到达一定位移时接口开始漏水,力会突然下降,最终降至最小值.结论管径大小、力与位移的变化关系是影响线接口抗震的主要因素.管径越大,管线接口的抗拉强度越大,抗震性能越好.

【Abstract】 This paper researches the mechanical property of the ductile interface,and analyzes the seismic performance of the UPVC underground water pipeline covered with soil through the experiment analysis of the flexible joint of the UPVC underground water pipelines covered with soil.Tensile experiment is done under condition of covering with soil,in which the diameters of the six UPVC water pipelines are 315mm and 200mm respectively.The relation curve is drawn based on the relation of strength and displacement,then the mechanical property of this ductile interface is analyzed,which is proposed as reference for engineering design.Through analyzing the two kinds of the relation curves of strength and displacement,we see that the tendency is similar in spite of the different diameters,that is,initially the force increases smoothly with displacement.When the displacement comes to some value,the interface begins leaking,and the force reduces greatly,the value drops to the minimum.The conclusion is that the relation of diameter of pipe,force and displacement are the primary factors affecting the seismic performance of the pipelines,namely,the greater the diameter is,the larger the strength of the pipelines interface extension will be,and the seismic performance will also be better.
