埋地UPVC供水管线接口受力全曲线关系
Strength and Displacement Relational Research on Underground UPVC Water Pipelines Joint
【摘要】 目的研究对UPVC供水管线接口试验及在不同管径、有水、无水情况下的接口力与接口位移关系,解决不同情况下的接口力与位移关系问题.方法通过对试验数据的分析,采用数学的最小二乘的方法拟和出力和位移的关系式.结果对不同情况下的接口力与接口位移进行拟合误差分析,误差基本能控制在±10%范围内,从而可看出拟合公式与试验数据基本相符.结论对UPVC供水管线不同管径、有水、无水情况下接口力与接口位移拟合的二次多项式能满足实际要求.
【Abstract】 Through the analysis of the UPVC water line connection tentative data,we draw up the curve of the UPVC pipeline strength and the connection displacement relating to different calibers,with or without water,calculate twice of multinomials fitting to it,obtain the connection strength and the displacement relating to different situations.Through the analysis of the data,we use the method which fits force with the displacement relational formula.By analyzing the fitting error of the connection strength and the connection displacement in the different situations,controlling the error in±10% scope,it shows that the fitting formula matches the tentative data basically.Thus,the connection strength and the connection displacement fitting the UPVC water line can satisfy the actual request of different calibers,with water or without water situation.
