地下供水管线震害分析与铸铁管接口抗拉实验研究

【摘要】 目的通过对埋地球墨铸铁管线柔性接口抗拉静载试验研究,分析管线接口力学性能,确定在地震作用下管线接口抗拉拔强度.方法对采用胶圈连接的柔性接口球墨铸铁管线,在不覆土的情况下,分别进行了两种管径、注水、不注水的静载拉拔试验.结果得出管线柔性接口轴向拉力与接口相应位移关系曲线,分析管线接口抗拉拔即抗震的影响因素,确定抗震性能.结论球墨铸铁管线接口抗震性能与管径有关,管径越大,其抗震性能越好.球墨铸铁管线接口抗震性能与管内水压有关,注水管线比不注水管线抗震性能要好.

【Abstract】 Through the analysis of the experiment of the flexible joint ductile cast iron pipeline we research into the joint strength,and determine the pipeline under earthquake resistance drawing strength,and seismic performance.The authors have carried out the experiment of the two kinds of caliber,water injection,without water to the flexible joint of the ductile cast iron pipelines under the situation of not coving soil.The thesis through the pulling experimental research on underground ductile cast iron pipelines and the observing of strength and the displacement relations,can ascertain the characteristic of the ductile cast iron pipeline flexible joint strength,has analysed the effect of water pressure to the pipelines joint.The seismic performance of the flexible joint ductile cast iron pipeline is better.The seismic performance of the ductile cast iron pipeline has relations with the diameter,the greater the diameter,the better seismic performance.The seismic performance of the ductile cast iron pipeline is relational with the hydraulic,the seismic performance of water injection pipeline is better than no water injection pipeline.
