基于电涡流传感器的小位移测量系统设计
A displacement measurement system by using eddy current sensor
【摘要】 针对物理实验中对小位移的测量读数困难的问题,提出了一种基于电涡流传感器测量小位移的方法。根据谐振原理设计了涡流传感器检测和调理电路,利用位移量影响谐振电路Q值的特性,实现了小位移量到电压量的转换,使用单片机采集信号并用软件方法对测量结果校准。实验结果表明,系统可以准确测量小位移,同时可消除使用物理测量工具时产生的读数误差。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the difficulty of reading measurement result of micro-displacement in physical experiments,this article proposes a new method to measure micro-displacement by Eddy current sensor.According to the principle of resonance,the eddy current sensor detection and signal modulation circuit was designed.By considering the features of micro-displacement influence the Q value of resonance circuit,the conversion from displacement to voltage is achieved.A chip microcomputer is used for the data acquisition and processing as well as adjusting measuring results.The results of the tests indicate that the design is reasonable and can get more accurate results.At the same time,the error in reading can be avoided.
