组装式地震模拟振动台系统的创新技术探究
Research on innovative technologies based on assembly shaking table system
【摘要】 详细论述了组装式地震模拟振动台系统中导轨的设计、台面拼装技术、控制系统的改造和控制方法的选择等创新技术。通过实际的台面背景噪声试验以及波形失真试验,验证了这些创新技术的突出优点。该组装系统中创新技术的运用不仅节约了60%的建设成本,同时极大发挥了系统的动态性能。
【Abstract】 The table assembly technologies including rational use of sideways and correct choice and modification of control system and control methods were deeply analyzed.And the actual table background noise tests and waveform distortion tests verified the outstanding advantages including saving 60% of construction costs,undertaking 300kN maximum model load and exceeding 93% ratio of the signal to noise.The use of innovative technologies was proved to be a successful system,not only saving cost,but also playing a significant dynamic performance of the system.
