基于多目标模糊优化方法的管汇连接优化设计

【摘要】 影响管汇布局的因素众多,且深水目标油藏特点的专有性和施工的不确定性,都将对其布局形式产生直接影响。通过对管汇连接设计优化方案的研究,发现多目标模糊优化在管汇连接的工程设计中具有较高的可行性。以西非深水E油田为目标油田,设定工程造价和管道总长度为优化目标,以管汇数量、回路数量、输油管线长度等参数为优化函数变量,并通过MATLAB软件进行程序编写以及对程序输出数据进行分析,获得了管汇布局的优化连接方案,极大地减小了人工计算量,提升了管汇连接设计方案的性能,解决了目前尚未通过精确的理论计算寻找管汇连接的最优化设计方案的问题。研究内容为今后进行管汇布局研究提供了一种可借鉴的方法。

【Abstract】 There are many factors affecting the layout of the manifold. The uniqueness of the characteristics of the deepwater reservoir and the uncertainty of operation has a direct impact on its layout. Through the research on the design of the manifold connection,it is found that the multi-objective fuzzy optimization has high feasibility in the engineering design of the manifold connection. Taking deepwater E oilfield in West Africa for case study,by setting the project cost and the total length of the pipeline as optimization goal and taking the number of manifolds,the number of loops,and the length of the pipeline as the optimization function variables,the optimized connection scheme of the manifold layout is obtained by the program written by MATLAB software and the analyzed output data. The optimized connection scheme greatly reduces the manual calculation amount and improves the performance of the manifold connection design scheme,and addresses the problem that the optimal design scheme of the manifold connection has not been obtained through accurate theoretical calculation,and provides a reference for the future research on the management of the manifold layout.
