直接驱替法排替压力测量装置的改进研究

【摘要】 目前直接驱替法应用的测量装置是压力表、流量计等模拟设备,存在自动化程度不高,测量结果不连续等问题。为此,对原测量装置进行了改进。改进后的测量装置利用计算机、传感器和单片机等现代技术,将模拟压力值转换为数字量,并通过C++语言设计的监控系统将其连续采集绘制为压力曲线,并对其值进行监控,从而实现了排替压力测试过程的数字化、自动化、图形化,也保证了测试的连续性和准确性。

【Abstract】 Displacement pressure reflects the sealing ability of the cap rock. There are two ways of measurement for displacement pressure: direct and indirect. Direct replacing method, using simulation devices such as pressure gauges, flow meters and etc in small regions, has some problems like low-level automation and discontinuous testing results. To solve these problems, the system plan has been modified in this paper. The modified plan utilizes modern technologies such as computers, sensors, chip microprocessor and etc, turning the simulation of the pressure into digital values. The monitoring system designed by C++ makes continuous collecting into pressure curves while keeping monitoring. Thus the displacement pressure measuring process is digitalized, automated and graphically-recorded.
