【Abstract】 The oversea construction of VSP earthquake acquisition usually needs recruiting some of foreign staffs.But because of some causes like the language obstacle and cultural gap,foreign staffs always have difficulties in understanding and implementing HSE management system accurately,and thus make the hidden danger of outside construction increase.The paper analyzes the increased risk of field construction after foreign staffs are employed.Meanwhile,a series of effective management measures are presented according to the practical experiences accumulated in the construction of Burma mountain area for many years.更多还原
