基于响应面法优化O,O-二甲基-O-3,5,6-三氯-2-吡啶基硫逐磷酸酯废水萃取工艺
Extraction Process Optimization of o,o-Dimethyl-o-(3,5,6-trichloro-2-pyridyl) phosphorothioate Wastewater by Response Surface Method
【摘要】 采用离心萃取机对O,O-二甲基-O-3,5,6-三氯-2-吡啶基硫逐磷酸酯合成过程含盐母液废水进行了萃取工艺研究,考察了萃取级数、氯仿与废水质量比、废水进料量对O,O-二甲基-O-3,5,6-三氯-2-吡啶基硫逐磷酸酯萃取效率的影响,利用Design-Expert软件的Box-Behnken模型对萃取工艺进行了优化,优化得到最佳萃取工艺为:氯仿与废水质量比为1.11∶1、废水进料流量为80 mL/min、萃取级数3级,萃取效率达到99.3%,萃取效率高于传统间歇萃取,成本低,适合工业化生产。
【Abstract】 The extraction process of salt-containing mother liquor wastewater from o,o-dimethyl-o-(3,5,6-trichloro-2-pyridyl) phosphorothioate synthesis process was studied by using centrifugal extraction machine. Effect of extraction stage number, chloroform-wastewater mass ratio and the feed rate of wastewater on the extraction efficiency of o,o-dimethyl-o-(3,5,6-trichloro-2-pyridyl) phosphorothioate was investigated. Box-Behnken model of DesignExpert software was used to optimize the extraction process, and the best extraction process was obtained as follows: the mass ratio of extraction agent and waste water 1.11:1,the feed flow of waste water 80 mL/min, and the extraction stage number 3. Under above conditions, the extraction efficiency was up to 99.3%. The extraction efficiency is higher than that of traditional batch extraction process, and the cost is low, so the method is suitable for industrial production.
