控温耐压分槽式搅拌装置研制及实验

【摘要】 聚合物驱油是一种提高采收率的三次采油技术,但存在聚合物大分子悬浮颗粒难以聚沉以及温度对聚合物驱油效果影响较大等问题。鉴于此,设计了可分槽式搅拌中间容器,阐述了该装置的结极组成和工作机理以及主要部件的设计,该装置可实现控温、控压,幵可实时测定聚合物黏度。利用该装置,迚行了多元复合驱实验,验证了该装置在聚合物黏度测量的可靠性,证实了该装置可用于探究分注或者合注,从而实现不同聚合物的驱油效果,优化层系开发斱案,对油气田开发中具有深进意义。

【Abstract】 Polymer flooding is a tertiary oil recovery for enhancing oil recovery, but it is difficult to sink polymer suspension particles, and the effect of temperature on polymer flooding is obvious. In view of these, a slot-type stirring tundish was designed, the structure and working mechanism of the device were elaborated as well as the design of the main components, the device can realize temperature control and pressure control, and can measure the viscosity of polymer in real time. By using the device, the multiplex flooding experiments were carried out, the reliability of the device in the polymer viscosity measurement was verified, the device can be used to explore the separated injection or the combined injection, so as to realize the oil displacement effect of different polymers and optimize the development of the layer system, which has far-reaching significance in the development of oil and gas.
