NKA-Ⅱ大孔树脂处理废水中苯甲酸的动态吸附研究

【摘要】 含苯甲酸废水不仅对微生物有强烈的毒性,破坏生态环境,还会造成资源浪费。对NKA-Ⅱ大孔树脂处理废水中苯甲酸的动态吸附进行了研究。单因素研究结果表明:高径比越大,吸附效果越好,苯甲酸脱除率越高,综合考虑高径比4.4为较优选择;苯甲酸脱除率随着流速的增大先增大后降小,流速5.7 mL/min为较优条件。正交实验结果表明:影响苯甲酸脱除率的关键因素为高径比;最优的吸附条件为初始浓度0.01 mol/L,高径比6.6,转速5.7 mL/min。

【Abstract】 Wastewater containing benzoic acid has strong toxicity to the microorganisms, so it can destroy the ecological environment. In this paper, the macroporous resin NKA-II dynamic adsorption of benzoic acid in waste water processing was studied. The single factor study results showed that the higher the ratio of height to diameter, the better the adsorption effect, and the higher the removal rate of benzoic acid.The removal rate of benzoic acid first increased and then decreased with the increase of the flow rate. The flow rate of 5.7 m L/min was the optimal condition.The orthogonal experiment results showed that the key factor influencing the removal rate of benzoic acid was the ratio of height to diameter. The optimal adsorption conditions were the initial concentration of 0.01 mol/L, the ratio of height to diameter of 6.6, the flow rate of 5.7 m L/min.
