KF/MgO催化醇解制备碳酸二甲酯的超声强化研究

【摘要】 以碳酸乙烯酯和甲醇为原料、KF/MgO为催化剂,制备了碳酸二甲酯,对碳酸乙烯酯醇解制备碳酸二甲酯反应过程中影响碳酸乙烯酯转化率的因素进行了考察,对比了超声波与机械搅拌条件对碳酸乙烯酯转化率的影响。实验结果表明,超声波与机械搅拌相比,超声波能够强化碳酸乙烯酯的醇解反应,可以提高碳酸乙烯酯转化率,使反应稳定时间由90 min缩短为30 min,催化剂的加入量(w)由1.5%减少为1.0%、醇酯摩尔比由9∶1降为6∶1。

【Abstract】 Ehylene carbonate and methanol were used as raw materials and KF/MgO was used as catalyst to synthesize dimethyl carbonate. The effects of various factors on the conversion of ethylene carbonate in the preparation of dimethyl carbonate by alcoholysis were studied and an investigation was conducted to compare the effects of ultrasonic and mechanical stirring conditions on ethylene carbonate conversion. The experimental results show that compared with mechanical stirring,ultrasonic enhanced the alcoholysis reaction of ethylene carbonate significantly,under which the conversion of ethylene carbonate was enhanced. Furthermore,the reaction time was reduced from 90 min to 30 min,the addition amount of catalyst was decreased from 1.5%(w) to 1.0%(w),and alcohol ester molar ratio was decreased from 9∶1 to 6∶1.
