钢筋混凝土梁变形限值的分析
Analysis of deformation limits for reinforced concrete beam
【摘要】 为了分析钢筋混凝土梁的变形限值,对一批梁进行低周反复荷载试验,并对试验进行了有限元模拟.模拟过程中对混凝土和钢筋的材料本构进行了设置,混凝土单轴受压时采用Hognestad本构模型,混凝土单轴受拉时采用二折线本构模型,钢筋本构模型则采用双线性强化模型,模拟结束后即可获得梁的荷载-位移骨架曲线.将试验结果和模拟结果进行对比,表明有限元方法可以较准确地模拟试验情况,由于有限的试验数据对研究梁的变形限值不充分,进而通过有限元软件来仿真模拟大批的梁,并获取荷载-位移骨架曲线和弯矩-转角曲线,根据曲线得出梁的变形限值,即塑性转角限值和剪切变形角限值.梁的变形限值为梁的性能评估提供了定量的参考指标.
【Abstract】 In order to analyze the deformation limits of reinforced concrete beams,the repeated low-cycle loading tests were performed for a group of beams,and then the finite element simulation was carried out.The material constitutive models for both concrete and reinforcement were set in the simulation.The Hognestad constitutive model was adopted for concrete under uniaxial compression,and the bilinear constitutive model was used for concrete under uniaxial tension,while the bilinear hardening model was taken as the constitutive model of reinforcement.The load-displacement skeleton curves of beams were obtained after simulation.The comparision between the test and simulation results shows that the finite element method can simulate the test more accurately.Since the limited test data is not enough to study the deformation limits of beams,the finite element software was used to simulate a large number of beams,and then both load-displacement skeleton curves and bend moment-rotation angle curves of the beams were attained.The deformation limits,namely the plastic rotation angle limit and shear deformation angle limit of the beams were obtained based on above-mentioned curves.The deformation limits of beams can provide the quantitative reference index for the performance evaluation of beams.
