非线性映照判别模型实现气藏地震检测

【摘要】 韩文功 ,王金铎 ,于建国 ,王兴谋 .非线性映照判别模型实现气藏地震检测 .石油地球物理勘探 .2 0 0 2 ,37(5 ) :5 2 4~ 5 2 9  与石油相比 ,地层中的天然气更加明显地表现出吸收高频成分、降低速度等地球物理特性 ,使得地震直接检测气藏的工作更容易实现。在利用多种地震参数直接进行气藏检测的过程中 ,关键环节是判别所建立模型的合理性 ,即样点模型和参数模型的空间规律。因此 ,人们十分关心所选定的众多样点在高维空间的分布状况 ,非线性映照算法的应用便能分析和研究这种分布。文中通过把误差函数等价于高维空间弹性网络的节点约束到二维平面上变形后的总位能 ,然后对数据进行规格化处理、牛顿法多次迭代计算 ,求出使误差函数达到极小值的 N对坐标 ,并将其作为二维平面上的非线性映照结果。在开发了非线性映照算法的应用软件之后 ,通过对实际资料的应用 ,取得了一定的效果。

【Abstract】 Comparing with oil,the gas in formation has clear seismic characters of absorbing high frequency component,decreasing velocity,which made detection of gas reservoir directly by seismology more easily realize.In a process of using multiple seismic parameters to directly detect gas reservoir,the key factor is distinguishing the reasonableness of models being made up(that is space regularity of sample models and parametric model),so that the distribution of selected samples in high dimensional space is more concernel by the people.Application of non linear mapping algorithm can analyze and study the distribution. The paper through taking errors function equivalent to general potential energy of elastic network node in high dimensional space having been constrained to 2 D place,then the normalization processing of data and multi iteration using Newton’s method are carried out,which results in N pairs of coordinate that minimized the errors function,being as non linear mapping result in 2 D plane. The application to real data achieved some effects after development of applied software of non linear mapping algorithm.
