异辛烷纯度标准物质的研制

【摘要】 该文研制异辛烷纯度标准物质,采用差示扫描量热法和质量平衡法开展纯度定值研究工作。质量平衡法研究中使用气相色谱面积归一化法对主成分异辛烷和有机杂质进行色谱含量测定,同时结合电感耦合等离子质谱、离子色谱、灰分测试方法和卡氏水分仪对原料中的无机杂质准确定量。在确认原料主成分和杂质性质稳定的条件下,进一步采用差示扫描量热法测定异辛烷的纯度,并开展均匀性和稳定性考察和数据统计分析。对标准物质的不确定度进行了系统性的评估和数学拟合。经考察该标准物质均匀性良好,在1年内性质稳定,特性量值准确。研制的异辛烷纯度标准物质纯度值为99.86%,相对扩展不确定度为0.26%(k=2)。

【Abstract】 The raw of 2,4,4-trimethylpentane reference material were studied. The purity research was carried out by differential scanning calorimeter(DSC) and mass balance method. In the study of mass balance, the major constituent and impurities in 2,4,4-trimethylpentane raw were qualitatively analyzed by gas chromatography spectrometry. The inorganic impurities in raw material were detected accurately by ICP-MS,IC, ash determination method and Karl’s moisture meter, respectively. Under the condition of confirming material components stability, DSC technique was used to study the homogeneity and stability, and data were analyzed. The uncertainty of reference material was systematically evaluated and mathematically fitted.According to the investigation, this reference material has good uniformity. It is stable and has accurate value in one year. The characteristic value of the 2,4,4-trimethylpentane reference material was 99.86% with 0.26%(k=2) relative uncertainty.
