不同贯入度下TBM盘形组合滚刀切削性能分析

【摘要】 为研究贯入度对TBM盘形组合滚刀顺次回转切削性能的影响,该文以Drucker-Prager塑性准则、岩石力学和滚刀破岩机理为基础,运用ABAQUS建立刀间距为60 mm的17 in盘形组合滚刀模型,分析不同贯入度下TBM盘形组合滚刀顺次回转破岩的复杂非线性动态响应过程。结果:刀间距一定,组合滚刀顺次回转切削存在一个临界贯入度使破岩区域相交,滚刀间岩石破碎程度最佳,比能耗最小,破岩效率最高;随着贯入度增加,组合滚刀所受三向力大致呈线性递增趋势;组合滚刀切削垂直力与滚动力之比约为4.5, TBM前进推动力约为刀盘旋转扭转力的4.5倍为宜,即需要控制TBM推进速度与刀盘转动速度合适比例关系。

【Abstract】 In order to study the effect of penetration on the sequentially rotative cutting characteristic of TBM disc combined hob, a numerical model of 17 in disc combined hob with a tool spacing of 60 mm was established and analyzed by the software of ABAQUS based on the theories of the Drucker-Prager plastic criterion, rock mechanics and the rock breaking mechanism in this paper. The nonlinear dynamic responses of the sequential rock crushing processes were obtained under different conditions of penetration by the numerical model. It was found that there is a critical penetration corresponding to a higher extent to the rock breakage effect as well as efficiency and the lower energy consumption when the distance between the cutter and the cutting tool was fixed during the process of the sequential rock crushing. With the increase of penetration, the three directional forces of the combined hob were linearly increased. The ratio of the vertical force to the rolling force of the combined hob reached to nearly 4.5, which indicates that a proper working condition will be appeared by adjusting the forward driving force of TBM to the 4.5 times as much as the rotating torsional force of the cutter disk by the means of control the relationship between the forward moving speed of the TBM and the rotating speed of the cutter disk.
