环境规制对企业技术创新的影响机制研究——基于我国重污染行业上市公司的实证检验

【摘要】 在当前资源与环境双重约束不断趋紧背景下,学者越来越重视环境规制对企业技术创新的影响研究,但已有研究成果中尚未从企业最为重要的两项职能之一的市场营销视角来探析环境规制对企业技术创新的影响机制。该文以2011—2015沪深A股128家重污染上市公司数据为样本,重点探讨了环境规制、营销能力、企业技术创新三者之间的关系,并论证了董事会治理的调节作用。研究发现:环境规制对营销能力与企业技术创新均有显著的正向影响;营销能力在环境规制与企业技术创新之间起部分中介作用;董事会治理在环境规制与企业技术创新之间起显著的正向调节作用。研究结论不仅丰富了环境规制相关研究领域,同时也为企业在面临外部环境较强约束时,通过提升内部营销能力及董事会治理水平以促进企业技术创新方面提供新的思路。

【Abstract】 Under the background of the double constraints of resources and environment, scholars pay more and more attention to the research of the impact of environmental regulation on enterprise technology innovation, but the existing research results have not yet explored the impact mechanism of environmental regulation on technological innovation of enterprises from the perspective of marketing, one of the two most important functions of enterprises. Based on the data of 128 heavily polluted listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen A shares from 2011 to 2015,this paper focuses on the relationship among environmental regulation,marketing capability, enterprise technology innovation, and demonstrates the regulatory role of board governance. The study found that environmental regulation has a significant positive impact on marketing ability and enterprise technology innovation; marketing ability plays a partial intermediary role between environmental regulation and enterprise technology innovation; board governance plays a significant positive regulatory role between environmental regulation and enterprise technology innovation. The conclusions not only enrich the related research fields of environmental regulation, but also provide new ideas for enterprises to promote technological innovation by improving internal marketing capability and board governance level when faced with strong external constraints.
