【摘要】 目的调查地震救援官兵急性应激反应状况,探讨其急性应激反应与应对方式的相关关系。方法采用急性应激反应量表(ASRS)和应对方式问卷对地震救援官兵调查,所得数据采用SPSS16.0软件进行描述统计、Pearson相关分析。结果①地震救援官兵五种应激反应中,认知改变最重,生理反应次之,病理改变最轻。②地震救援官兵在难以决定、注意力减退、记忆缺失和疑惑症状上得分较高(>0.25),精神症状得分最低。③地震救援官兵在自责、退避和合理化的得分较高(>17.00),地震救援官兵采取求助的应对方式最少,总的来说,消极应对得分高于积极应对得分。④地震救援官兵急性应激总反应指数及各维度得分与积极应对、消极应对的相关性均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论地震救援官兵最严重的急性应激反应是认知改变和生理反应。军人采取积极的应对方式有利于应对急性应激反应。危机干预策略的重点是官兵的认知改变和生理反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the acute stress response status of the earthquake rescue troops and its relationships with coping styles. Methods The earthquake rescue troops were surveyed with acute stress response scale(ASRS) and coping style questionnaire.The obtained data were analyzed with SPSS software using descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation analysis. Results ①Of all aspects of acute stress response in earthquake rescue troops,the alteration of cognition was the most significant,then the physiological reaction,and pathological alteration was the least.②The scores were higher than 0.25 in difficult to make decision,dispersion of attention,deficit in memory and incertitude.The score of psychotic symptoms was the least.③The scores of self-accusation,withdraw and rationalization in earthquake rescue troops were higher than 17.00,and seeking help was the least adopted coping style.Additionally,scores of negative coping styles were higher than those of positive coping styles.④The acute stress response index and each dimension of acute stress responses were significantly related to the negative coping and positive coping scores(P<0.01). Conclusion ①The most serious aspects of acute stress response are the alteration of cognition and the physiological reaction,and the main symptoms are difficult to make decision,dispersion of attention,deficit in memory and incertitude.②Soldiers should develop the positive coping styles,which are better to deal with acute stress responses.Crisis intervention strategies should focus on the alteration of cognition and the physiological reaction.更多还原
