三叶木通叶斑病防治药剂的室内筛选

【摘要】 针对导致三叶木通叶斑病的病原菌细极链格孢,选择不同成分的药剂,通过生长速率法和孢子萌发法检测各药剂对该真菌的抑制率,筛选防治三叶木通叶斑病的适用药剂。不同药剂抑制率测定表明:戊唑醇对该病原菌菌丝生长的抑制力最强,多抗霉素的抑制力最弱;各种药剂对该菌孢子萌发抑制能力的大小依次为:戊唑醇、代森锰锌、异菌脲、百菌清、多抗霉素、农抗120。实验结果表明,戊唑醇、代森锰锌、异菌脲可以作为三叶木通叶斑病的防治药剂。

【Abstract】 Different ingredients of pharmaceuticals have been choosen to screen fungicides which can prevent and treat Akebia trifoliate leaf spot by grouth rate and spore germination assay. The inhibition test of agents on the mycelial grouth rate showed that tebuconazole among the screened agents is best, while polyoxins is weakest. The inhibition test of spores of pathogen showed that the ability to inhibit spore germination of the drugs in the order is tebuconazole,mancozeb,iprodione,chlorothalonil,Polyoxin,pyrimidine nucleoside antibacterial agent. Experiments showed that Tebuconazole, mancozeb and iprodione can be choosen as fungicides to prevent and control disease occurrence.
