高职院校“双师型”教师培养机制研究
Research on the Training Mechanism of Double-Qualified Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges
【摘要】 高等职业教育是我国教育的重要组成部分,"双师型"教师是高职院校提高职业教育水平的重要路径,在产教融合的背景下,本文谨融合"双师型"教师培养基于产教融合的发展策略,探讨"双师型"教师培养机制的理论,讨论目前高职院校教师队伍建设存在的问题及其成因,并对症下药地提出产教融合环境下的"双师型"教师培养机制建设策略。
【Abstract】 Higher vocational education is an important part of china′s education, and double-qualified teachers are an important way to improve vocational education in higher vocational colleges. The paper discusses the existing problems and their causes in the construction of teachers′ team in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward the strategy of double-qualified teachers′ training mechanism in the environment of production-teaching integration.
