施硫对甜荞生长发育和产量及籽粒总黄酮含量的影响
Effects of Sulfur Application on Growth,Yield and Total Flavonoids Content of Common Buckwheat
【摘要】 为了研究施硫对甜荞生长发育和产量及籽粒总黄酮含量的影响,通过盆栽试验对甜荞基施5个质量分数(0,20,40,80,160 mg/kg)的硫酸钠,分析甜荞在分枝期、开花初期、开花盛期和成熟期的地上干生物量、SPAD值及成熟期千粒质量、籽粒产量和籽粒总黄酮含量。结果表明,甜荞的地上干生物量、SPAD值、千粒质量及籽粒产量在S2(40 mg/kg)处理下达到最大值;籽粒总黄酮含量在S3(80 mg/kg)处理下达到最大值,S2处理次之。综合所有指标可知,基施40 mg/kg硫酸钠既可以促进甜荞生长、提高千粒质量及产量,也可以提高籽粒总黄酮含量。
【Abstract】 To study the effects of sulfur application on the growth, yield and total flavonoids content of common buckwheat, five different concentrations(0,20,40,80,160 mg/kg)of sodium sulfate were applied to common buckwheat in pot experiment to analyze the aboveground dry biomass, SPAD value, 1 000-grain quality, grain yield and total flavonoid content of grains in the branching stage, early flowering stage, flowering stage and maturity stage. The results showed that the aboveground dry biomass, SPAD value, 1 000-grain quality and grain yield of common buckwheat reached the maximum under S2(40 mg/kg)treatment. The total flavonoid content of grain reached the maximum under S3(80 mg/kg)treatment, S2 treatment was second. Combining all the indicators, under the S2 treatment(40 mg/kg sodium sulfate), it can promote the growth of common buckwheat and increase 1 000-grain quality, yield and the total flavonoid content of the grain.
