一例鸡传染性法氏囊病病毒的分子鉴定

【摘要】 发现一例疑似鸡传染性法氏囊病,利用SPF鸡蛋将传染性法氏囊病料进行病毒增殖,使用PCR技术扩增出IBDV的结构蛋白vp3基因。测序分析结果表明,IBDV vp3长为831 bp,推导其编码277个氨基酸;其与超强毒株日本OKYM和超强毒株香港HK46同源性较高,在核苷酸水平上为98.9%与97.5%,在氨基酸水平上为96.9%和96.2%;对该IBDV进行遗传进化树分析,结果显示,与超强毒株日本OKYM和超强毒株香港HK46位于同一进化分支。因此,从分子水平说明该病毒属于IBDV。

【Abstract】 A suspected infectious bursal disease was found, infectious bursal disease virus was proliferated by SPF eggs, and vp3 gene from infectious bursal disease virus was amplified by PCR. The results revealed that the IBDV vp3 gene contained 831 bp nucleotide and 277 amino acid. That compared with very virulent infectious bursal disease virus Japan OKYM strain and Hong Kong HK46 strain had high homology which were 98.9%,97.5% in sequence level and 96.9%,96.2% in amino acid level. The phylogenetic analysis showed that IBDV was in the same lineage with the vv IBDV Japan OKYM strain and Hong Kong HK46 strain. These results demonstrated that this virus was classified to be a IBDV.
