吕梁红枣竞争战略研究

【摘要】 自2010年以来,吕梁红枣处于发展转型期,发展战略的选择成为当前的首要任务。基于波特竞争理论和优劣分析,认为吕梁红枣种植业应该以产品差异化战略为主,发展红枣中加工原料基地,辅以成本领先战略,重点发展土地生产率和劳动生产率较高的沿黄滩地和梯田红枣园;红枣加工销售业应该以集中化战略为主,形成强势品牌和企业,辅以产品差异化战略,重点开发中加工产品。最后,提出了吕梁红枣产业振兴的三产融合方向。

【Abstract】 Since 2010,Lüliang jujube are in the period of development transition,and the selection of development strategies has become the top priority.Based on Porter’s competition theory and the analysis of advantages and disadvantages,it is considered that Lüliang jujube planting industry should focus on product differentiation strategy,develop jujube processing raw material base,supplemented by cost-leading strategy,and focus on the development of land productivity and labor productivity along the Yellow Beach and terraced jujube orchards.Jujube processing and marketing industry should focus on centralization strategy,form strong brands and enterprises,supplement product differentiation strategy,and focus on developing processed products.Finally,this study puts forward the direction of integration of three industries in the revitalization of Luliang jujube industry.
