【Abstract】 This paper introduces the method of determination of SiO₂ in iron ore by X ray fluorescence spectrometry,evaluates the various uncertainty components that affect the detection results,establishes a mathematical model according to the factors affecting the measurement uncertainty,and combines the calculation to obtain the synthetic uncertainty and the extended uncertainty,which are used to characterize the reliability of the measurement results.更多还原
