【摘要】 近年来,山西省高新技术产业发展速度不断加快,2016年,高新技术企业数量达到926个,高技术产业增加值为236亿元,并以太原高新区和长治高新区为高新技术产业基地,逐渐形成了以生物医药、电子与信息技术、新材料、新能源与环保节能、大数据等为代表的高新技术产业格局。同时,山西省政府对高新技术产业支持力度不断加大,"十二五"期间全省财政科技支出占财政支出的比重比"十一五"期间增长29个百分点。在分析山西省高新技术产业发展现状的基础上,提出了山西省高新技术产业发展的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,the development of high-tech industry in Shanxi Province has been accelerating. In 2016,the number of high-tech enterprises reached 926,and the added value of high-tech industry reached 23.6 billion yuan.Taking Taiyuan High-tech Zone and Changzhi High-tech Zone as the base of high-tech industry,high-tech industrial pattern represented by biomedicine,electronics and information technology,new materials,new energy,environmental protection and energy conservation,big data has gradually formed. At the same time,the Shanxi provincial government’s support for high-tech industry has been steadily increasing. During the 12 th Five-Year Plan period,the proportion of the province’s fiscal expenditure on science and technology in the fiscal expenditure has increased by 29 percentage points compared with the 11 th Five-Year Plan period. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the development of hightech industry in Shanxi Province,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the development of high-tech industry in Shanxi Province.更多还原
