关于起重机钢丝绳摆幅与干涉的研究

【摘要】 起重机在起吊重物时,主要采用钢丝绳来承受载荷,随着起重机大小车的启动和停止,在惯性载荷作用下,吊钩或重物由于自身的惯性属性会带动钢丝绳有一定的摆幅,若摆幅过大,钢丝绳会与其他部件干涉,造成起重机不能安全工作。通过分析起重机钢丝绳的摆幅与干涉,指出起重机吊钩在启制动时的偏摆角度与吊钩所在的位置无关,与起升高度无关,只与加速度有关,随着加速度的增大而增大。随着钢丝绳长度的增加,在固定加速度的情况下,吊钩或重物的摆幅会越来越大。

【Abstract】 When lifting heavy objects,crane mainly uses the wire rope to withstand the load.With big and small cars in crane to start and stop,under the influence of inertial load,hook or heavy because of its inertia properties will drive the wire rope has a certain swing.If the swing is too big,wire rope will be interference with other parts,influencing crane safety work.Through the analysis of swing and interference of wire rope in crane,this paper points out that when start-stop,the deflection angle of crane hook has nothing to do with the hook position and lifting height,only related to acceleration.The deflection angle of crane hook increases with the increase of the acceleration.With the increase of the length of wire rope,in the case of fixed acceleration,the swing of hook or the weight will be more and more big.
