改性聚合物及其改性沥青及沥青混合料性能研究
The Study on the Properties of Modified Polymer and Its Modified Asphalt and Asphalt Mixture
【摘要】 针对传统沥青混合料外掺剂高、低温性能难以同时兼顾的矛盾,采取共混接枝改性的方法,制备了改性聚合物,实现了其性能可控。利用傅氏转换红外线光谱(FTIR)对改性聚合物进行了分析表征,并讨论了不同试验参数(如改性聚合物的量、拌和温度、拌和时间和混合料级配类型)对改性沥青及沥青混合料性能的影响。结果显示,所用改性聚合物能够改善沥青混合的高、低温性能,同时提高沥青混合料的高温抗车辙和低温抗裂能力,有效提高沥青混合料的路用性能。
【Abstract】 In view of the contradiction between the high and low temperature performance of traditional asphalt mixture admixtures, this paper prepared the modified polymer by blending grafting modification and realized its performance was controllable. Using the Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrum, it also analyzed and characterized the modified polymer and discussed the effects of different test parameters(such as the amount of modified polymer, mixing temperature, mixing time and mixture gradation type) on the performance of modified asphalt and asphalt mixture.
