【摘要】 [目的]分析康复护理对地震伤员日常生活活动能力(ADL)的影响及其影响因素。[方法]将地震伤术后康复期病人分为观察组和对照组,观察组选取给予康复护理的伤员,对照组选取给予常规护理的伤员,比较两组ADL评分。[结果]观察组ADL改善情况优于对照组(P=0.002),年长、肾衰竭、焦虑、脊柱骨折、上肢骨折、下肢骨折、复合型骨折为影响ADL的危险因素。[结论]对地震伤员早期介入康复护理是促进其日常生活活动能力恢复的重要措施,注意年长、肾衰竭、复合型骨折和焦虑等多种因素对疗效有负面影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the impact of rehabilitation care for the activities of daily life(ADL)of the earthquake wounded and its influencing factors.Methods:The earthquake hurt patients in postoperative rehabilitation period were divided into observation group and control group,the observation group included the wounded accepting rehabilitative care,and the control group included the wounded accepting the routine care.The improvement of ADL score of observation group was better than that of control group.ADL of the observation group to improve the situation than the control group(P=0.002),older,renal failure,anxiety,spinal fractures,upper extremity fractures,lower extremity fractures,compound fractures were the risk factors that affect ADL.Conclusion:Early intervention rehabilitation care for the earthquake wounded is the important measure to promote their activities of daily living recovery,at the same time the elderly,renal failure,compound fractures and anxiety have anegative impact on the efficacy.更多还原
