【Abstract】 Based on petrochemical industry production and emission characteristics, from the whole process control, fine control, comprehensive control efficiency and pollution source mechanism four aspects, discusses the main contents of the core management and control thoughts of the discharge permit in petrochemical industry, realizes strengthening the independent management of petrochemical enterprises, implementing the main responsibility of enterprises and promoting pollutant emission reduction, so as to enhance the environmental management level of industrial enterprises. Some Suggestions are put forward for the implementation of pollutant discharge permit in petrochemical industry, such as strengthening the integration of environmental management system, post-supervision of pollutant discharge permit and technical training.更多还原
