【Abstract】 "Three Lines and One List" was essential to implementation of environmental space control and delicacy environmental management. As the pilot city in Jiangsu Province, the technical routine and practice mode for the "Three Lines and One List" in Nanjing and the environmental access requirements lists were carried out. Took Jiangning Binjiang Economic Development Zone as an example, it elaborated the supporting role of "Three Lines and One List" results in the daily environmental management and offered reference for other cities.更多还原
