硅氧烷结构对聚醚改性硅氧烷磷酸酯性能的影响

【摘要】 通过硅氢加成法,以七甲基氢三硅氧烷、聚醚F-6和五氧化二磷等为原料,合成聚醚改性三硅氧烷磷酸酯;以低含氢硅油、聚醚F-6和五氧化二磷等为原料,合成聚醚改性聚硅氧烷磷酸酯。对这两种硅氧烷结构不同的磷酸酯进行了红外光谱分析,同时进行了表面张力、接触角、粘度的测试。结果表明,两种产物均具有较好的降低表面张力的能力,较好的降粘性。聚醚改性三硅氧烷磷酸酯降低表面张力的能力强于聚醚改性聚硅氧烷磷酸酯。聚醚改性三硅氧烷磷酸酯可使大庆原油粘度降低73. 77%,降粘效果好于聚醚改性聚硅氧烷磷酸酯。

【Abstract】 With seven methyl trisiloxane,F-6 and phosphorus pentoxide as raw materials by hydrosilylation,phosphate polyether modified trisiloxane was synthesized; With low hydrogen silicone oil,F-6 and phosphorus pentoxide as raw materials by hydrosilylation,phosphate polyether modified polysiloxane was synthesized. The infrared spectra of the two kinds of siloxane products with different structures were analyzed. The viscosity,surface tension and contact angle were also tested. The results show that the two products have better ability to reduce surface tension,better viscosity reducing effect. The ability of phosphate polyether modified trisiloxane to reduce surface tension is stronger than that of phosphate polyether modified polysiloxane. Phosphate polyether modified trisiloxane reduces the viscosity of crude oil by 73. 77%,the effect of reducing viscosity is better than that of phosphate polyether modified polysiloxane.
