【摘要】 中东欧国家具有独特的地缘优势,在"一带一路"建设中具有重要的战略地位。自中国与中东欧国家开启"16+1"合作机制以来,中国对中东欧国家的直接投资稳步增长,但投资分布不均衡,投资规模依然偏小,对中东欧的直接投资主要基于市场驱动和资源驱动。中国对外投资企业需要熟悉欧盟市场的投资规则,对接中东欧国家各自的差异化和多样化发展需求,减少盲目投资风险,进一步加强中国与中东欧的通道建设,提升基础设施投资合作水平,增强中国与中东欧国家投资合作的市场化导向,优化中国企业海外直接投资主体,合理保护中国企业在中东欧的投资权益。更多还原

【Abstract】 The central and eastern european countries have unique geographical advantages and an important strategic position for the Belt and Road Initiative.Since the opening of the "16+1" cooperation mechanism,China’s direct investment in central and eastern europe has increased steadily,but the distribution of investment is very uneven.China’s direct investment in central and eastern europe countries is still small and mainly driven by market and resources.Chinese foreign investment enterprises should be familiar with the EU market investment rules,adapt to the needs of the development of different countries in central and eastern europe,and reduce the investment risk.We should further strengthen the channel construction and infrastructure construction between China and central and eastern europe countries,attach great importance to market-oriented operation in China’s foreign investment cooperation,further optimize the overseas investment entities and strive to protect the investment interest of chinese companies in central and eastern Europe.更多还原
