3S技术在防减地震灾害中的应用——反思5.12汶川地震救灾系统技术支持
Application of "3S" technology in earthquake relief——Application of the "3S" technology′s support in Wenchuan earthquake relief after 5.12
【摘要】 3S技术为抗震救灾提供了极具潜力的技术支持。结合北斗导航系统为代表的3S技术在汶川大地震抗震救灾中的应用现状,分别探讨GIS,RS,GPS在震前调查研究、震后抗震救灾、重建规划中的作用与应用前景。
【Abstract】 The "3S" technology has provided a great potential technical support in earthquake relief.The paper analyzed the application of RS,GPS,GIS in the Pre-earthquake investigation,earthquake relief and redevelopment planning,based on the status of the "3S" technology in Wenchuan earthquake relief,as the Beidou navigation system′s practical application.
