【摘要】 近年来,全球不断发生各种自然灾害,其中以地震带给人们的威胁最为严重。新西兰在短期内经历了两次大地震,其建筑物的破坏、次生灾害的严重程度、人员伤亡程度及损失等等却是比较轻微的,这依赖于新西兰政府对防震减灾工作的重视以及民众危机意识的提升。介绍了新西兰城市的防震减灾体系概况,提出了我国城市在防震减灾方面应该加强的几项工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,various kinds of natural disasters have occurred worldwide,in which the threaten brought to people by earthquake is the most.New Zealand has experienced two great earthquakes during short term,but destroying of building,secondary disaster,people casualty and loss caused by the quakes are quite slight,duo to lots of attentions that New Zealand government pays to earthquake prevention and disaster mitigation and consciousness of the citizen for crisis.Survey of system of earthquake prevention and disaster mitigation of cities in New Zealand is introduced and some workings which our country must strengthen in earthquake prevention and disaster mitigation of city are proposed.更多还原
